Child Safety Policy

Neylo - AI Girlfriend · Effective September 4, 2026

These standards explain Neylo’s adult-only rule and zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation in prompts, chats, AI characters, reference images, generated images, and every other part of the Service.

Our commitment: Modern Investment Holdings Limited, publisher of Neylo under the Google Play developer name CHUYUNBODA, does not permit the Service to be used to generate, request, upload, store, or facilitate content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

1. Adult-only service

Neylo is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or older. A minor must not register, purchase coins, submit prompts, create AI characters, upload reference images, or use Neylo. Users must not help a minor bypass the restriction or misrepresent a minor as an adult.

The adult-only rule supplements rather than replaces these child safety standards. Reports suggesting that a minor has obtained access or that content involves a minor are treated as safety matters.

2. Definitions

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) includes conduct or content that sexually abuses, exploits, grooms, coerces, traffics, sexualizes, or otherwise endangers anyone under 18.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) includes any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. It can include photographs, video, illustration, computer-generated imagery, synthetic media, or other visual material. AI-generated or fictional presentation does not make exploitative material acceptable.

3. Content and conduct that are prohibited

You must not use text, voice, images, character settings, reference materials, safety-evasion techniques, or any other feature to:

  • request, generate, edit, sexualize, describe, depict, possess, distribute, or normalize CSAM or other sexual content involving a minor;
  • create a character represented as a minor for sexual, romantic, fetish, age-play, or exploitative interaction;
  • groom, solicit, sextort, traffic, blackmail, threaten, or arrange sexual access to a child;
  • share instructions, links, coded language, prompts, or methods designed to locate, produce, conceal, or evade safeguards against child exploitation;
  • upload a real child’s image or personal information for sexualized, deceptive, or harmful generation;
  • use virtual items, money, gifts, or other value to encourage sexual conduct involving a child;
  • attempt to bypass filters after content is blocked or reported.

4. Report inside Neylo

Neylo provides an in-app report or flag function for AI messages, characters, and generated images. Use that control without leaving the App when an output appears offensive, illegal, or unsafe, including when it may involve a child.

  1. Open the AI message, character, or image at issue.
  2. Select the available report or flag control.
  3. Choose the closest child-safety or harmful-content reason and submit the report.

For an account-access concern or a report that cannot be submitted in the App, contact beguilbedna@gmail.com with a description and the relevant account or content identifier. Do not attach suspected CSAM.

5. Do not copy or transmit suspected CSAM

Do not download, screenshot, reproduce, forward, or email suspected CSAM. Preserve safety by using the in-app report control and supplying identifiers or a written description only. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.

In the United States, a report may also be submitted directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline (external official reporting resource). In other locations, contact the competent national authority.

6. How Neylo responds

Depending on the facts and applicable law, Neylo may use automated safeguards and trained reviewers to assess the report and relevant context; block generation; remove or restrict content; disable characters or features; suspend or terminate accounts; preserve necessary evidence; prevent repeated attempts; and improve filters.

Where required, Neylo may make reports to NCMEC or another competent authority and respond to lawful requests. We do not promise that every report will be sent to the same authority in every jurisdiction.

7. Privacy, evidence, and fairness

We limit access to safety information to personnel and providers who need it for review, security, enforcement, or legal compliance. We may preserve relevant prompts, outputs, identifiers, logs, and reports when necessary to protect children, maintain evidence, prevent abuse, or comply with law, even after an account-deletion request.

Except where doing so would create a safety, security, or legal risk, a user may contact us to seek review of an account action. Our handling of personal information is further described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Product safeguards

Neylo’s safety program may include age restrictions, prompt and output classifiers, image-safety checks, blocked concepts, rate and behavior signals, in-app reporting, human review, account enforcement, and filter updates. No safeguard is perfect, and the existence of safety controls does not authorize prohibited content.

9. Cooperation and legal compliance

We seek to comply with applicable child-safety, reporting, data-preservation, and law-enforcement requirements. We may cooperate with authorized investigations and take urgent steps when we reasonably believe a child faces imminent harm.

10. Changes to these standards

We may revise these standards to address new AI capabilities, abuse patterns, operational controls, or legal requirements. The effective date will be updated, and additional notice will be provided when required.
