Privacy Policy

1. Scope and responsible organization

This Privacy Policy applies to Neylo - AI Girlfriend, its Android application, linked web pages, customer support, and related services (collectively, “Neylo” or the “Service”).

Modern Investment Holdings Limited operates the Service and is the controller of personal information where that term applies. Neylo is published on Google Play under the developer name CHUYUNBODA.

Neylo is intended only for people aged 18 or older. It is not directed to children.

2. Information we handle

Account and support information

• Account identifiers, login email address, authentication information, account settings, and support correspondence.
• Eligibility confirmations and information used to maintain the adult-only restriction.

AI inputs, creations, and interaction data

• Your prompts, AI conversations, feedback, reports, and interaction history.
• Names, descriptions, traits, instructions, and other settings used to create AI characters.
• Generated messages, characters, and images, together with associated generation settings and safety signals.
• Reference images and other visual materials you intentionally select from your photo library to create or personalize output.

Device, diagnostics, and transaction data

• Device model, operating-system version, app version, language, IP address, network information, timestamps, feature activity, logs, crash reports, diagnostics, and security or fraud signals.
• Google Play order and transaction identifiers, coin package purchased, purchase or refund status, and coin balance and consumption records.

Google Play processes payment credentials such as card details. We do not receive your complete card number from Google Play.

3. Android permissions and device access

You can refuse or later revoke photo access through Android settings. Features that require an image you select may then be unavailable. Access to your photo library does not mean that every photo is uploaded or retained.

4. Why we use information

• Operate accounts, authenticate users, maintain coin balances, and provide purchased coins to the correct account.
• Process prompts and reference materials, deliver AI conversations, create AI characters, and generate requested images.
• Personalize the Service, remember settings, maintain conversation context, and improve feature performance.
• Apply content filters, investigate reports, prevent restricted or illegal AI output, protect users, and enforce our Terms.
• Verify Google Play coin purchases, reconcile transactions, prevent purchase fraud, and provide customer support.
• Monitor reliability, diagnose crashes, analyze use, and develop the Service.
• Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, establish or defend legal claims, and protect rights and safety.

5. Legal grounds

Depending on applicable law and the processing activity, we process information to perform our contract with you, with your consent, to comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as providing and securing the Service, preventing fraud, enforcing rules, understanding performance, and protecting users. Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw it for future processing, subject to applicable limits.

6. How information is disclosed

We may disclose relevant information to:

• AI and cloud providers that receive the inputs and reference materials necessary to produce requested text, character, or image output and host the Service.
• Login, analytics, crash, moderation, and support providers that perform services for Neylo.
• Google Play for coin billing, purchase verification, fraud prevention, refunds, and platform compliance.
• Authorities or affected parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, investigate fraud or abuse, address child-safety risks, or protect rights and safety.
• A successor organization in a merger, financing, restructuring, or transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not disclose your private AI chats publicly unless you choose to share content or disclosure is permitted or required for safety, enforcement, or law.

7. AI safety, reports, and human review

Neylo uses safeguards intended to reduce restricted output, but automated systems can make mistakes. You can use the in-app report or flag control to identify an offensive AI message, character, or generated image without leaving the App. We may use the reported content, surrounding context, account and device signals, and reviewer decisions to investigate, improve filters, enforce rules, and meet legal obligations.

Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in a prompt. Do not upload another person’s image or personal information without authority to do so.

8. International processing and security

Neylo and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use recognized contractual or other safeguards for international transfers.

We maintain reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Retention

We retain account information while the account is active and as needed to provide Neylo. AI chats, prompts, character data, images, uploaded materials, reports, technical logs, and support records are kept for periods appropriate to their function, user settings, safety needs, and legal obligations.

After a valid deletion request, we delete or de-identify associated data unless limited retention is necessary for transaction records, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement, or legal compliance. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until overwritten under the applicable backup cycle.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

You may update account settings, manage photo access through Android settings, report generated content, and request account deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, withdraw consent, and complain to a data-protection authority.

11. Account and data deletion

Delete your account in Neylo through Profile > Settings > Account > Delete Account, or use the external Account Deletion page. Deactivation or suspension is not a substitute for deletion. Deletion affects the account, associated content, unused coins, and product access as explained on that page.

12. Children’s privacy

Neylo is for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit a child to create or maintain an account. If you believe a minor has used the Service or that AI content may exploit or endanger a child, use the in-app reporting control and contact us. See the Neylo Child Safety Policy.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Material changes apply prospectively as required by law.
